We’re looking for a Business Development  Representative with experience in lead generation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads,nurturing them through the sales cycle, and generating hot leads to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads using CRM and otherautomation tools
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels such as phone, email, and social media (SalesNavigator, etc.)
  • Generate follow-up activity through CRM
  • Optimize/Test sales channels to increase conversions
  • Collaborate with sales,marketing, and product teams to align messaging,branding, and user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with high-level executives to elevate the frequency of successful deals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Be actively involved in the continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a lead generation specialist or similar role
  • Able to close large-scale deals within a short salescycle
  • Familiarity with CRM and other automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches
  • Open to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Start-up Eco system or genuine interest in the sphere
  • Experience in a company in the IT Industry
